You can enter the competition either as solo or as a team and a team can be any number you want.

 

The categories are:-The Great Drumtochty Challenge

  • Male solo (senior)
  • Male solo (veteran)
  • Male solo (super vet) **NEW FOR 2010**
  • Female solo (senior)
  • Female solo (veteran)
  • Male team (senior)
  • Male team (veteran)
  • Female team (senior)
  • Female team (veteran)
  • Mixed team (senior)
  • Mixed team (veteran)
  • Parent and offspring
  • Schools/Clubs - This category is for under sixteen's accompanied by their club leader or school teacher.

For the purpose of this event the following definitions will be used:- 


  • Junior is under sixteen and may only enter in the parent and offspring or Schools/Club category, and be accompanied by his/her legal parent or guardian.

  • Senior is 16 to 39.

  • Veteran is 40 to 54. (Team of two combined age of over 80)

  • Super vet is 55 and over (NEW FOR 2010)

  • There must be at least 3 entrants/teams to form a category, if not, entrants will be put into the nearest grouping.

  • Prizes will be awarded to the winner(s) of each category.
